My wife and I had a comfortable 3 week stay at the Little House. We cooked many meals in the well equipped kitchen. The backyard gas grill also got used several times. One of our daily activities included a walk along the Indian River just two blocks away. We also enjoyed Cocoa beach which was a twenty minute drive. One of our favorite golf courses was near to us as well. Our host was outstanding. She said on day one that she wanted a perfect stay for us…and it was! drive

We really enjoyed the area. The house was perfect for our short visit. Everything was cleaned. The porch was wonderful to sit in with the humidity days. Any questions we had, was quickly answered. Ideas for local places to visit was helpful. We enjoyed having a washer & dryer to wash our clothes before we left for home. Thanks so much!

Checking in as 2 females, this house was perfect! The decor has a Key West Vibe and the house was beyond clean! The bathrooms are usually the scariest, but this bathroom was super clean! There was no mold anywhere! The shower curtain was even cleaned! Each of the 2 bedroom were dust free, cleaned, and sanitized. No issues with neighbors or animals outside. Very quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe and was able to fully relax knowing that this rental was soo very clean! Seriously, the cleanest I've ever rented. Instructions for check in and check out were simple and easy. The host was easily available by text message. The kitchen had all new appliances that haven't been used yet. Short walk to everything. I can't wait to book this again!
