This house had everything! Just grab a few groceries and you are all set. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. The king bed was super comfortable. The home was only three blocks from Indian River and a number of other attractions. We were there only a short time but hope to come again and enjoy all of them. Bonnie, the host, was very helpful and made us feel right at home. She provided info on places to check out.

Location was perfect! Far enough away from the busy parts of Cocoa, but close enough to get to places in a few minutes. Bonnie was fabulous, house had everything you would need. Neighborhood was so nice and quiet.

The house is exceptionally clean. Plus, there is considerable attention to detail: the kitchen has enough of everything for those who wish to eat in, the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and the beds are very comfortable, both bath and beach towels are available, and leaving treats for the visitors was such a nice, welcoming touch! The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood of 1940s homes.
