Great little house! Very clean, well stocked, and easy drive to WEC!

The house was spotless clean, great location, neighborhood was so so but super close to WEC. House was stocked with everything. The backyard however was a real disappointment. Upon arrival we found a dirty towel handing on a broken patio chair. All patio furniture was either broken or terribly worn out. It looked like the backyard has been completely forgotten. Also very very strong smell of cigarette smoke in what appeared to be the former porch which has been turned into a sort of dining area. Fan in master bed did not work also.

Unfortunately, we had no Wi-Fi or TV for the last 24 hours. We were there or I would’ve said it was excellent.

The property manager was responsive, addressed all my questions and provided options to solve my concerns. I typically prefer to work with vrbo’s with owner as the point of contact vs property management company but this worked out ok. The property is not in an HOA regulated neighborhood and while the listing pictures are technically accurate, expect to find that this property has seen some useage / mileage. A few stains on the slip covers of the couch & chairs, bottom panel missing from the dishwasher, light bulbs all variations / mismatched, the back sliding door doesn’t lock, and the white towels are not so white anymore. mismatched
