We have our upper cottage available to rent September through April*** There are two cottages on the property that we rent out during the summer months, but the lower cottage is winterized and not available for fall/winter/early spring months. **

Welcome to Shady Side Cottages at Crooked Lake. Crooked Lake is one of Indiana's best kept secret all sports lakes. The upper cottage has been completely renovated and sits on waterfront property on Crooked Lake Angola, Indiana. Enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets from the deck of the upper cottage. Located close to the former Captain's Cabin. The upper cottage is 830 sq ft and sleeps 6 in the winter months. The upper cottage comes with a tv along with wifi and internet/and or cable tv and an assortment of games.
The upper cottage was completely renovated and just completed at the beginning of 2019. It sleeps 6 during the winter months It has two bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 full bed), and two twin beds with a trundle in the back porch area. There is one bathroom, one full kitchen, and a washer and dryer.
The cottage is conveniently located off of I-69 and I-80/90 toll road. It is close to Trine University and Pokagon State Park. Close to restaurants and activities that include Caruso's, Subway, Tanger Outlet, Ice cream shops, Pokagon State Park, Tom's Donuts and a variety of restaurants and stores in Angola, Indiana which is no more than a 5-10 minute drive.

Thankful to be able to get away even if it was for a night to see my friend and her children. Great 1/2 way point for both of us. Battling cancer and trying to arrange short trips is hardy. Thank you.

Such an amazing property, the location was perfect it took us less than 10 minutes to get to Trine University. Truly a beautiful view of the lake. Julie provided us with card games as well as movies. We had everything we needed including washer and dryer. Was a very cozy house that made you feel very welcomed just like you were at home. We will definitely be booking here again! Highly recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay in Angola!
