Location, location, location! Walking distance to restaurants and activities. On private lane leading to four corners, Paradise Cafe, Tom’s Donuts, The Corner Landing, The Waterfront Bistro, and more.
3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage on the second basin on Lake James. Sandy beach and dock. Fully furnished with cable TV, WIFI, A/C, washer and dryer. Front and back lot. Dock for boat, jet skis. Trailer can be stored on back lot. Plenty of parking spots. Property updated this year, 2026, inside repainted, new faucets in bathroom, new ceiling tiles.
Family neighborhood so tenants should be adult families, kids and relatives, friends. Not recommended for young people desiring loud partying. If you want to rent after Labor Day until Memorial Day contact land lord so special arrangements can be made.

The water view is the best. Loved drinking coffee and staring at the Lake. Great beach front. Plenty of room. Downside. Updates could bring this cottage to a different level. Old furniture, worn out faucets, and old light fitures are just not cool .
