This well kept and newly decorated cottage with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom is well situated in a quiet neighbourhood with views of the Indian River. Located in the heart of Port Carling it is only minutes away from the residential beach with shallow sandy shores where you can swim or easily launch a kayak or canoe. It is a 5 minute walk to Hanna Park which features a basketball court, swings, playground, sandy beach, farmer’s market every Thursday and boat launch. Stroll a little further into town pass the locks to enjoy restaurants, shops, and other local attractions.

It has an open concept kitchen and living area in a single story space with a beautiful large deck overlooking the river. The large sundeck is a great space for entertaining with ample seating for your family and guests. Andrea made us feel welcomed the moment we arrived. Cottage is so well kept. It has beautiful views of the river & night sky, we came north for the meteor shower and saw sooo many off the beautiful deck!! We absolutely loved our time here & can’t wait to come back! The beach is beautiful & there’s also a huge family park within walking distance that was great to spend time at too. Thank you so much Andrea! :)
