Room 2: 1 bunk bed, 1 double bed (sleeps 4)
Room 3: 1 bunk bed, 1 triple bunk bed (sleeps 5)
A 1500m2 property with a 680m2 house, plus a swimming pool and garden, ideal for accommodating up to 11 people. The house is well-equipped for your comfort.
Next to the Tennis Club and 3.5km from the city center.
Socorro is located in the Serra da Mantiqueira mountain range, so the climate here is great in both summer and winter. The rivers with rapids (Rio do Peixe) and beautiful waterfalls, adventure parks, and abundant nature offer adventure and ecotourism activities, as well as a permanent knitwear market.

Cleaning products and extra toilet paper. Only the first roll of toilet paper in all bathrooms.
ABOUT THE PET - up to 2 pets
We love having your pet, but renters are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and for any damage caused by it, such as urine or feces on carpets, sofas, mattresses, curtains, or any other damage to the house.
Pets are not allowed in the pool!!!
Large speakers, loud music, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

"Lugar incrível, muito mais bonito do que nas fotos, acomodação aconchegante e vista deslumbrante. Sem palavras. O Senhor Antonio extremamente solicito e prontamente respondia a a qualquer dúvida que tínhamos…além de dicas de passeios entre outros. Casa totalmente equipada, trabalhamos home office e a internet funcionou perfeitamente. Recomendo e retornaremos com certeza pra ficar mais dias nessa casa maravilhosa."
