Welcome to this charming country house in Extrema, a perfect refuge for gathering family and friends! With capacity for up to 28 people, the space offers complete facilities for large groups seeking unforgettable moments in a peaceful and welcoming environment.

The property consists of 2 independent houses interconnected by external stairs on the same plot of land, rented together for your group. The first house has 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 2 bunk beds and a support kitchen. The second house is larger, with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 6 bunk beds and a support kitchen. In total, there are 13 beds distributed across 3 bedrooms, ensuring comfort for everyone.

The 4 complete bathrooms with electric shower and glass/acrylic shower enclosure are strategically distributed to facilitate access. The 2 independent kitchens are fully equipped with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, blender, kettle, kitchen utensils and crockery, perfect for preparing group meals.

Leisure is a special highlight! The country house offers a private swimming pool of 2x1 metres, a barbecue area for outdoor gatherings, a well-maintained garden, garden furniture, a terrace and an enclosed area. The car park can accommodate 10 cars on the same grounds, with guaranteed security.

Connectivity is guaranteed with Wi-Fi throughout the property and TV for entertainment. We provide bedding, sheets, bedspread, pillow with pillowcase and mattress protectors. Portable fans are available for added comfort. The outlets are 110V.

Located in a quiet and spacious rural area, the property is ideal for rural tourism, with access to waterfalls, trails in the Serra da Mantiqueira and authentic experiences such as tasting cheeses and Minas Gerais sweets. It is only 10km from the Fernão Dias Highway, facilitating access.

The owners reside in a completely independent third house on the property, with a separate entrance. They love welcoming guests with warmth, offering local tips and support throughout their stay, ensuring complete privacy and hospitality.

Small pets are welcome on the property. Smoking is permitted only in the external area. For large events or dinners, we recommend aligning the use of utensils with the owners beforehand.

Check-in from 14:00 to 18:00 and check-out at 11:00. The stay is confirmed for the number of people stated in the booking. Any difference in the number of guests or visits must be communicated before check-in and may incur additional charges.
