There are so many extras in this walk-in unit with elevator access! The entire unit is on one level – no steps inside the unit. This condo is almost a penthouse and has wood-style tile flooring throughout. A large private deck with access from the dining area is perfect for relaxing. Large windows for a fantastic lake view from the main living, dining area, and master bedroom. Open living space with kitchen and dining area. Fully-equipped kitchen including microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, Keurig, island, granite counters throughout, and stainless steel appliances. Electric grill on the deck
All three bedrooms in this condo have King-size beds and an additional queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. There is a TV with a DVD player in the living area, and TVs in all bedrooms. Enjoy the electric fireplace in the living room and 2nd bedroom. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bath with a huge walk-in shower, double sinks, heated floors, and a custom walk-in closet. The 2nd bath includes a walk-in shower and the 3rd bath is off the hallway with a door to the 3rd bedroom also. The stackable washer and dryer in the hall laundry.

The condo was beautiful with lots of room and a great view. We did have a little trouble finding the correct building, but our son finally found it for us. However, there were some issues with celling fans on the balcony not working and the balcony needed some maintenance work on it. We also had issues with turning on/off ceiling fan and light in the bedroom leading to the balcony and turning off the fan in the living room — some instruction in the book for these would help as well as instructions and pin number for the tv's. Also found wet clothes in the washing machine — there towels and children's clothing in there. The sliding screen door leading to the balcony from the living room was bent and kept falling off when we tried to open it. Other than these few little hiccups, it was great and we would definitely stay there again. Our kids want the information on how to get the same condo for later this year — that is how much they were impressed with it. We have stayed at plenty of condos in Branson and this so far has been the best!! Kudos to Caitlin for her help and professionalism. I hope we get to work with her again. I definitely give it 5 stars *****!

We just completed our second weeklong stay at Hawthorne 1419. Just like the first, our family enjoyed great weather, great accommodations, and valuable family memories. The view is one of the best on the lake. One of the positives for this location is three bedrooms with king sized beds and all bedrooms have a bathroom. Great location to fun activities. Like all vacation rentals, there are little things you'd tweak here and there but overall, it was a wonderful week. The hosts are on top of everything and get back to you with questions in a timely manner! We would and probably will stay here again.
