This is a top-floor unit in the end building, next to the walking path to Table Rock Lake. There is no walkway in front of the bedrooms which makes the perfect quiet getaway! There is an open living space with a kitchen and dining area. This updated condo offers granite countertops, stone accents, plus marble and Pergo flooring throughout the main level. A fully-equipped kitchen including microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, and hot water tap. Private deck access from the main living area and large windows with great views of the lake and wildlife. The main living area plus 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main level, the loft area is upstairs overlooking the main living area.
There are King-size beds in the master and loft area, a queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom and loft area has a queen-size futon. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo and the 2nd bath is off the hallway with a stand-up shower. The loft area has a door and privacy curtain to close this area off from downstairs making a second master suite. The large window cut-outs above the main living area give extra lake views to the loft area. A separate laundry area for a full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy the bonus of $400 in attraction tickets included with each reservation.

After our housekeeping team has cleaned the home, our professional inspectors walk through the home to ensure every home is clean and ready for your arrival.
**ELEVATOR INFORMATION**
Elevators are owned and maintained by the Condo Owners Association at Treehouse Condos. There are elevators in buildings 9, 12/13 (attached buildings that share an elevator), and building 14. Rent Branson is not affiliated with the Condo Owners Association and is not responsible for non-working elevators. No refunds will be given if one is out of service during your stay.

Our stay was perfect! The house was perfect and I loved that the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Communication on check in details and checking out details were very clear and did not leave us guessing. Such an amazing location and amazing views. So glad we stayed here and would recommend to others.

Charming condo with a beautiful view of Table Rock Lake. It was the perfect location for spending two days at Silver Dollar City. Safe, secure and quiet neighborhood for scenic walks to the lake and restful nights. Condo was clean with all the essentials, but remember to bring your own toiletries.

It was very outdated, but I do have to say the views were beautiful and it was very clean. For six adults it felt quite cramped though.
