Nestled in the peaceful surrounds of magical Pearl Beach – a place locals and visitors alike describe as one of Australia’s hidden gems – this retro-style holiday home is the perfect spot for families, couples, or friends seeking a coastal retreat.
Here, time slows down. You’ll wake to the sound of waves, breathe in the scent of pristine bushland, and feel instantly connected to nature.
Spend your days swimming, tackling scenic bushwalks, or simply letting the kids make the most of the great outdoors. Evenings are best enjoyed on the back deck, listening to the birds and the distant surf – or gathered around the fire pit under the stars.

Property was ideally located for the beach and exploring the central coast. Our toddler had so much fun using all of the sports equipment in the shed, it was hard to get him to leave. Property is very well equipped for families.

Great place, easy walk to the beach. Lovely enclosed garden, perfect for our little dog to explore. The children loved borrowing the bikes and using the outdoor shower! Communication with the owners was great and the check-in process was easy.

Property itself was as described but cleaners had not checked BBQ was clean and there were hidden dirty plates in the cupboards. Owner advised and I feel confident that this will be addressed. Fabulous outdoor area. Very close to beach.
