Location was exceptional. Accomodation was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed
The fridge randomly made a loud whirring noise until we turned it off and on again. It’s easy to get locked out ( there was a rescue plan)

Location was excellent, excellent idea of having a shed with activities for everyone, bbq, fire pit.

Location perfect for the family celebration up the road. Older style house was very clean with all amenities. Mattresses were low and squashy ... though I slept ok but that could be because of my level of partying! I didn't use the BBQ or kayaks as was at my son's house up the road for 90% of my stay.
All good for my purpose. If a family was staying with me we would have had to adjust to the 3 bed+1 bathroom days of the past.

Although basic, It had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun beach holiday. Peaceful spot, Comfy beds, Great BBQ, so close to the beach, a shed full Of outdoor equipment, we could bring our dog and the garden is lovely and full of stunning birdlife.
The kitchen was missing a few important items (decent knives, dishwasher) and you can hear a lot from the adjoining property. Lucky for us we had considerate neighbours.
