Enjoy this beautiful and spacious beach condo with one of the best locations on Fort Lauderdale Beach! Almost everything you want or need is within a close proximity. Condo Amenities include: hair dryer, ironing board, room safe, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and telephone. Also included is free WiFi, HBO, internet kiosk, complimentary coffee, complimentary concierge service, onsite maintenance staff, laundry facility, and a 24-hour reception desk.
Enjoy many resort-style amenities including a nicely equipped fitness center, a day spa, 2 saunas, outdoor pool (heated during winter), large Jacuzzi, sun deck, poolside bar, onsite restaurant, an ice machine to load up your cooler for the beach, and a laundry facility. Towels are provided and you may exchange them for clean ones at no extra charge. Parking onsite is complimentary.
The Jacuzzi is currently closed for maintenance.
Please note that the resort is scheduled to undergo renovations from August 3, 2026 through July 6, 2027. Guests may experience periodic construction activity, daytime noise, temporary amenity impacts, parking adjustments, and limited balcony access as the resort completes property-wide enhancements.**

The one bedroom condo has a well-appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, complete set of cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. The dining room seats six guests comfortably. The living room has a TV and DVD player, a sleeper sofa, and a Murphy bed (shown in pictures). The master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a beautiful vanity with granite, and features a bath tub / shower combination. There is also a balcony overlooking the city with a patio table and two chairs.
You will enjoy your stay. Resort staff will be available 24-hours a day if you need any assistance during your stay. Please inquire if you have any questions.
Units are assigned in 7 night increments, multiple week stays may be booked, room moves may be required.
An ID and a credit card is required upon arrival for a refundable security deposit.
You will also be provided with a complimentary towel exchange in the housekeeping office. You can bring down your old towels in exchange for new towels.
Guests have access to on-site, coin-operated laundry facilities.
Parking is limited, during busy season it may be limited to 1 vehicle on a first come first serve basis.
We do not accept liability for any inconveniences beyond our control including but not limited to temporary defects or outage of utilities, closures of resort amenities, or limitation of any other service. We will not provide refunds, reimbursements, or compensation for inconvenience or interruption of utilities, resort amenities, or any other service.

Celebrated my granddaughter's 21st Bday with a trip. The condo was perfect and within our price considerations. Having 11/2 bathrooms for two girls worked well. Everything was within walking distance

We liked the unit, the property, and location. Price was reasonable with nice view of intercostal and 1 bloc walk to the beach. Nice pool on property and many close Ft. Lauderdale beach restaurants within walking distance.

This property really grew on me. Entry and lobby are not impressive and surrounding area is a bit run down. Our room was quite spacious - full kitchen, dining area, living room with balcony and half bath. Main bedroom was also spacious but full bath was tight and could use a refresh. Great views from the balcony over the intercoastal.
Short walk to a beautiful ocean beach. Great historic house and garden right next door. Well worth touring. Most surprising were some great meals at every restaurant and all within a short walk from the hotel. No car needed!
This is not fancy Florida but we had a great time
