This includes bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, and tours/experiences and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!
"Constant Getaway," is only a short walk to 30A's newest beach access, and just around the corner from the community pool!
Upon entering the beautifully decorated open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, you will notice there is more than enough seating to accommodate everyone in your group! The family room features a comfortable couch that pulls out to a clean queen sleeper sofa and 2 more comfortable chairs for family movie night. The dining area features a farmhouse-style table with seating for 6 people, and there are additionally 3 stools at the kitchen island. This brand-new kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay, as well as beautifully appointed with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. On this first level of the home, you will find the first of the home's large master suites, as well as an outdoor entertainment area where you can lounge or dine! The outdoor living area features a comfortable sectional, a large flat screen tv, and a dining table with seating for 6 guests. The home's back patio is covered and backs up to a wooded area, so you can spend your mornings or evenings relaxing in the peaceful surroundings and enjoying the gorgeous weather of the area. Also on this level of the home, you will find a half bath and laundry room for your added convenience.
The second level of the home features the home's second master suite, complete with a king bed, and a beautiful en suite with a large walk-in shower. Also on this level of the home, you will find a set of hallway twin-over-twin bunk beds, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a bunk room with twin-over-twin bunks, and a full bathroom for the guests in these rooms to share.

The house was clean with plenty of room for a family of 10. We had a short easy drive through the neighborhood to the beach. The original golf cart at the house ended up with a flat tire, so we got a replacement cart that didn’t have the best battery.

Our stay was just perfect.
The location of the home is ideal - right around the corner from the community pool, and 4 minutes from the beach in the golf cart. The house is situated toward the back of the neighborhood so it is very quiet and private. Beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, furniture, etc… close to shops and great restaurants - highly recommend Stinky’s!

Wow!!! We did alot of research before choosing our family vacation rental home and boy did it pay off!!! Constant Getaway was perfect for our crew! We had a multi-family vacation and this home was exactly what our families needed! Plenty of private accommodations for kids and adults! It was clean, spacious and offered all of the luxuries of home! Grocery was close by, the neighborhood was perfect for walks and kids to ride their bikes, the golf cart afforded us a nice, quick, easy trip to the beach access (which is directly across the street from the development!...location, location, location!), and Stinky's on the corner was awfully convenient for those tropical frozen adult beverages which are a must for a beach vacation! This stretch of 30A is a quaint, quiet, exquisite stretch of beach! And not too touristy! Plenty of great places to eat out if you don't want to cook at home...but a nice cook out on the back patio with the firepit was our favorite place to eat! We cannot wait to go back to Constant Getaway!!

When we got to the house the inspector was there. Told us the golf cart had a flat. Said it wouldn’t be fixed right away. My husband insisted he get us a working golf cart asap and he did but didn’t tell us how to find the key. The house alarm went off around 8 pm and it took 3calls to the property manager before he answered, alarm blaring the entire time. Something should be posted about that! We started to take showers about 10pm and we had no hot water! Filled up tub for bath and after we realized no hot water, the water wouldn’t drain. Property manager came the next morning and snakes the tub drain and showed us where the breaker was for the hot water heater. Unfortunately it kept tripping. The house was beautiful and the time with family perfect.
