About this villa rental
Seagrace Villa is nestled on the canal in the gated community of Leeward, just moments away from Salt Bar and Grill. This spectacular villa comes with everything you need for the perfect island vacation. The villa stocks beach chairs, coolers and beach umbrellas for your day trips to Grace Bay Beach, just five minutes away. Guests are also invited to explore the community on provided bicycles. For the more adventurous nature lovers, we offer kayaks and paddle boards which are ideal for meandering through Mangrove Cay where you will see a variety of tropical birds, fish and turtles. Just a little further past Mangrove Cay you will find Little Water Cay also known as Iguana island. With its pristine private beaches and lagoons, it is an ideal spot for a picnic or snapping a quick photo with one of the Cays many Rock Iguanas!
The villa is spacious and modern with hits of Bermudian design. As you enter the front door the immaculate gardens give way to sleek and contemporary furniture and a spacious living room. The living room has ample seating and is awash with natural light. The 64" smart TV is ideally positioned to be viewed from anywhere in the room without interfering with the spectacular views of the pool deck and outdoor living space.
Off to the right of the living room, you will find three bedrooms. The first is the large master suite with king bed, walk-in closet, on-suite bathroom and private access to the pool and surrounding decks. Next, is a guest's suite with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom. The third is a garden-view king bed with walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. All the rooms are spacious.
To the left of the living room you will find a large fully equipped gourmet kitchen with island and bar as well as a formal dining area with quick access to the decks and barbecue. Back from the kitchen you will find a kid's bedroom with two single beds and large closet, a very large garden view king bedroom, another modern bathroom, and a convenient laundry room.
The jewel of Seagrace is its expansive pool and deck on the edge of the canal. Lined with warm coral stone this pool deck is ideal for entertaining. It is your own private resort with tons of seating, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue/poolside bar and gazebo seating with fire pit. Whether you enjoy early morning yoga or late evening cocktails, this deck is sure to be your favourite place to unwind.

What an incredible place to stay! 9 of stayed for a week at the end of June and the villa was perfect. Inside, there was plenty of space for us, it was well appointed, and very well maintained. Outside was even better. We spent most of our time at the villa pool side or in one of several place - the outdoor kitchen, the shaded lounges, or down on the dock.
Being on the canal was great - we used the kayaks and paddleboards every day to explore the canals and to head over to mangrove cay or a few beaches. Incredible experience. Easy drive to Grace Bay, places to eat, and grocery stores.
Overall one of the best trips we've had.
