Grace Bay Ocean Villa is suitable for large families (up to 13 people) (5 Bedrooms) that want privacy and seclusion in a casual surroundings. The Villa has a large private pool and only 30 second walk to one the best beaches in the world. Pelican Beach (east end of Grace Bay Beach) Grace Bay.
Intimate Beach Cottage (40 feet from main house) is a fully equipped, charming bachelor, with ensuite Bathroom, kitchen, indoor and outdoor showers, villa located on a very private, beautifully landscaped, full acre property in Leeward. Leeward is a quiet high-end residential community on the East end of the main island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. The villa offers very private, lush tropical garden surroundings (see pictures).
Ocean Villa is surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens that offer absolute privacy.
The Villa is located on a private one acre lot in the Leeward area of Provindenciales. Leeward is a quiet community with security at night at the gate. This 5 bedroom Villa is nearly 2600 sq/ft. It has a large deck, covered outside sitting area, and a private pool ideal for children. World Famous Grace Bay beach is only a minute away. The beach has beautiful soft white sand and nice for children. The hotel district is a mile to the west and a walk to the east will take you to a very wide and quiet residential beaches that will make you feel like you're the only one on them. Warm reef protected oceans, miles of beautiful beach to explore.
The Villa is located in a residential area among other medium to large sized villas.
The Beach is spectacular and the Villa is near restaurants, Provo Golf Course, Shopping, The Casino, a Marina, Bars and Tennis Courts.

We travel around to different countries as a group. This was a wonderful place for our group. The owner was there and was able to talk to them face to face. That means a lot.

We loved the short walk to the never crowded beach. The home was very private and quiet. Our teenage girls loved having their own space in the guest house.
