About this villa rental
Grace Bay Beach House is a fully equipped, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, villa located on a very private, beautifully landscaped, full acre property in Leeward. Leeward is a quiet high-end residential community on the East end of the main island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. The villa offers very private, lush tropical garden surroundings (see pictures).
Intimate Beach Cottage (30 feet from main house) is a fully equipped, charming bachelor, with ensuite Bathroom, kitchen, indoor and outdoor showers, villa located on a very private, beautifully landscaped, full acre property in Leeward. Leeward is a quiet high-end residential community on the East end of the main island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. The villa offers very private, lush tropical garden surroundings (see pictures).
Always stay as close to Grace Bay as you can. Grace Bay Pelican Beach is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Turks and Caicos and because it’s located in a quiet residential community the beach is not crowded at all. It’s so beautiful it has been selected as the location of many top photo shoots. In 2016, Sport Illustrated chose it for its very popular swimsuit addition. It’s only a 30 second walk from Beach House’s gate to beach access and one of the best beaches in the world, Pelican Beach on Grace Bay!
Pelican Beach has very fine soft white sand and flat rocks with lots of shells so it’s great for children. They can hunt for shells all day long or build sand castles. The hotel district is a mile walk along the beach to the West. A walk to the East will take you to beaches that will make you feel like you're the only one in Turks and Caicos. Warm reef protected oceans and miles of beautiful beach to explore await your family.
Beach House has a great gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, granite bar, new bathrooms with rain showers, new decking surrounding the pool, repainting, new floors, indoor and outdoor lounge furniture, nice beds and mattresses, nice linens, indoor and outdoor dining, lots of patio furniture, outdoor gas BBQ grill, tv.
The Villa is very close to many top restaurants, Provo Golf Course, Shopping, the Casino, a Marina, Bars and Tennis Courts and many other attractions.
Included at the Beach House for Free: beach and pool towels, parking, wireless internet, cable TV, a beach cooler (included for free with the villa but the villa is so close you don’t really need it)
Intimate Beach Cottage was built new in 2019, including a new kitchen, bathroom, Indoor and outdoor showers, a large enclosed/screened outdoor seating area, fan and bug screening,, new floors, outdoor lounge furniture, new King bed and mattress, nice linens, indoor and outdoor dining, lots of patio furniture and tv and internet.
The Villa's are very close too many top restaurants, Provo Golf Course, Shopping, the Casino, a Marina, Bars and Tennis Courts and many other attractions.
Included at the Intimate Beach House for Free: Bath and beach towels, parking, wireless internet
Leeward is a gated community: security guards man the only two entrances to the community each night between 6PM and 6AM. A security car also patrols the community of around 100 homes during the same time frame. Leeward is the only community on island that has these services.
We do require our own completed liability wavier /contract before sending the check in email. Air Conditioning: Though the trade winds and fans typically keep the villa cool and comfortable, air conditioning is available in all of the bedrooms. To discourage use of the air conditioning/electricity with the doors and windows open, electricity and water will be metered separately, we provide a three hundred dollar allowance.
CANCELLATION: We STRONGLY recommend “Cancel for Any Reason” insurance available from large, reputable insurance companies for anyone who has any
reason to believe he may cancel at any time. Travellers can obtain such insurance; Owners cannot. You MUST have insurance in order to obtain a refund for any reason within the no refund period.

We couldn't believe it but somehow this place exceeded our very lofty expectations! Our trip got off to a rough start when our flight was canceled due to a strike at the Turks airport, but Leslie was quick to respond and keep me up to date on the situation. Our luck turned when she told us the villa wasn't rented the day after our scheduled departure and the owner was gracious enough to let us extend our stay by a day to make up for the lost day! Leslie met us at the villa to run through everything with us and was quick to respond throughout our trip to any questions. This place has everything you could possibly need for a week in paradise and even though we ventured out to explore all the beautiful beaches, we spent more time enjoying this place. We went paddling out to Mangrove Cay and loved just floating/swimming in the crystal clear canal. There were tons of fish right at the dock and we even saw some sea turtles popping up in the canal. I really can't speak highly enough about this place and would absolutely love to come back someday.

Our family of 7 had an unforgettable stay at your property over Christmas. 3 couples stayed in the main house, and our adult son in the guest house. We were met by William, who gave us a thorough orientation to the property and explanation of charges for water and electricity use. The house had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A quick walk through the lush garden led us to the road where the beach was a quick walk away. We paid for chairs on the beach and they were set up before we arrived each day. Highly recommend this service. After our beach days , we enjoyed the lovely pool, and especially the outdoor covered seating area. It was so relaxing for reading, games, and drinks. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was also a grill, and washer and dryer. The property manager was easy to contact and responsive to any concern. We so enjoyed our stay, have recommended the property to others, and would happily stay there again.

The property is exactly as listed - and maybe even better in person! The Leeward Settlement is a quiet, peaceful environment on Providenciales, and the house sits in the middle of gardens and greenery which create an even more secluded, private tropical paradise. We also rented the adjacent "Beach Cottage", which is a fantastic studio-style residence with a private screen porch and delightful, refreshing outdoor shower. The owners and their property specialists are very attentive and responsive, making your planning and your stay a stress-free enviroment. And all of this happens within 5 minutes drive of all the shops, restaurants, and resorts of the Grace Bay area. We would definitely recommned this property to friends and family, and we will definitely come back!

first and foremost, the pictures and presentation of the beach access at this property led us to believe that in just a short walk we would be on Grace bay beach, a long and beautiful beach. But in fact there was a large, ugly cement wall that blocked us form getting to Grace Bay Beach without driving to it or having to walk far enough that we couldn't carry all of our stuff to make it convenient. This was not as it seemed in the online pictures (see picture attached here - very misleading since it does not show the wall) or as it was stated. The beach the home is actuall closest to is fairly small and rough. Second, while the master bedroom was nice and adequate in size, the 2nd bathroom was tiny, way to0 small for being shared between 2 adults and 2 small kids. And the third bedroom was so tight that you couldn't open the closet door fully and could barely walk around the bed. Of course this is not clear from the property pictures or description. In my view this is not really an adequate size space for the family that we had. Otherwise the garden, deck and pool were all fine and the management easy to reach and deal with.
