When we arrived our unit had not been cleaned. We waited a couple hours and it got done, but I felt the crew rushed. The floors were still dirty and there were dried contact lenses on the floor in the bedrooms for example. The beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were absolutely unbearable. However the couch and chair in the sitting area were great and there were plenty of tv channels available. If you want a place literally footsteps from the slopes….this is it. You may just need to bring your own pillows.

This was our second time staying at this condo. The location is hard to beat. LOVE the heated floors! Condo size is great for two adults and a kid or two since the kitchen area is quite small and there's only one bathroom. Place was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. Internet speed OK. We could tell when people returned from the slopes and dinner with an increase in buffering and needing to reduce quality on our Amazon Firestick. Earlier in the week when no one was around the speed was quick and we had no issues.Drawbacks which should not be surprising: Being slopeside, if they are making snow at night it is noisy since the guns are right next to the building. Also, close proximity to the parking lot means you'll be woken up VERY early by the snowplows clearing the lot. Bring your earplugs if you are sensitive to noise! And of course being on the bottom floor means you get to listen to foot traffic noise from above. Fortunately, the stampeding elephants stayed in the living room for the most part. :-D

This is our 2nd stay at this property and the location is ideal but it could use a good cleaning. Some side tables that aren't wobbly and in good use could be beneficial as well.
