This newly renovated, Nordic-style suite includes a waterfront view of the lake, a private beach and top of the line features.
Conveniently located on Wellington Main Street, you can walk to all the main attractions, including local shops, restaurants, cafes, galleries and more.
Perfect for couples and intimate travelers, this spot is a truly romantic and cozy retreat. There's no better place to celebrate a special occasion with a loved one.
This suite is open concept, with the living, dining and kitchen all in one space. The bedroom and bathroom are just off of the open concept so everything you need is within a few steps and all on one level.
Note: the beach is raised above the waterline on the shore, so the sand doesn’t reach the lake. The hot tub on site is available for your use and shared with our other guest unit.
Kayaks are available on the property along with paddles and life jackets. There is a perfect little private beach you can paddle to up the shoreline.
DUNES BOAT TOURS - 1 Hour Tour Complimentary with 5+ Night Stays (MUST BOOK AHEAD)
Discover the stunning beauty of Sandbanks Provincial Park and West Lake with our private pontoon boat tours. Our tours offer a unique and unforgettable way to experience the natural landscapes of the area. We offer 90 minute boat tours that will show you the key sights, or you can organize a custom tour for your group for 3 or 4 hours for up to 6 people. Your amount of time on the water is flexible, take advantage of the time you have to enjoy this amazing experience.
Our boat is a Princecraft 18 foot pontoon boat that comfortably seats 6 passengers. Guests that book 5 nights or more are eligible to book a complimentary boat tour for 1 hour. Please be sure to inquire ahead. Tours must be booked in advance as they are open to the public. First come first served.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nordic Hideway. It was well located at the entrance of Wellington. Everything was near like the small beach of Wellington and the grocery and restaurants. Catherine and his husband were very welcoming and friendly without being intrusive... all like their lovely dog. They were there to answer our questions and to suggest where to eat and what to see. They also offer us to make a boat tour to see the sand dunes... It was incredible.The unit was very convenient with all we can need. It was was clean and so cute. The bed was very confortable and the shower was amazing.Thank's for everything! Hope to come back again....
