The Village Suites

Nicely appointes and a great location.

The room was good - the James Bond/movie theme was a little heavy handed, but overall nothing wrong with that. Plenty of space and the shower was an huge highlight, lots of pressure (though the showerhead would have been a little low for someone much taller than 6'2"). Location was incredible, Wellington is a lovely little area and the Drake Devonshire restaurant across the road was handy to have such a short walk away.

The entry process could have been a little smoother. Coming from a foreign country, needing to make a phone call upon arrival to be given a door code which is just the last 4 digits of your phone number... Exactly the same code format as at every accommodation we stayed in on this trip, so no idea why it couldn't be set up in advance and texted to us, like all the others did. Wifi went out at one point - not sure how long for as we left the room about an hour into the outage. Not a huge deal.

The Loft was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for us. Close enough to all the amenities we wanted to walk to in the quaint little town.

TV issues, not sure if it was the weak wifi or if the remotes needed new batteries.

Location

Windows faced a wall No peep hole in door for safety, as we had someone try to enter right after the fire alarm rang at 2:30am. for no apparent reason. Constant issues with entering our unit(the code didn’t work every time.
