The condo is great, well lit and in a good location in North OC. There are tons of great restaurants around and is right by the beach. Check in was easy and everything was "as listed" on VRBO.

The condo itself is beautiful and spacious. We are a family of 5 and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The decor was very nice. The view from the balcony overlooks the strip and the beach which was very relaxing and beautiful. My husband and I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings drinking our coffee. It’s only 2 minute walk from the room to the beach which was nice. This is a great location for families.
This would be a 5 star review but there were some things that we felt like we shouldn’t have had to deal with considering we paid a couple thousand to stay there. The first day we ran out of hot water when two people showered at the same time, so for the remainder of the week we had to stagger our showers and limit our time in the shower. Not sure if there’s an issue with the water heater or if they have it on a timer. Also, we only got 5 towels and 4 wash cloths for the 5 of us for the entire week, which we should have been provided more. The tv in the living room doesn’t work at all. We even tried to switch the batteries from another remote and it still didn’t work. So it must be some electrical issue with the outlet, I don’t know. We did see a few reviews that addressed these same issues but we thought since it was brought up previously it would have been fixed but it wasn’t.
