Great location and wonderful views. We saw dolphins every morning. It was a little loud being on the first floor and a family with kids staying the unit above. Other than that, it was great.

Very nice experience. A great gathering point with family. Loved the local excursions (Captain Doug & Crystal Springs Manatee)- great knowledge on the ecosystem and clam industry. A great family reunion area for large or small families.

We had a wonderful stay here. The view is amazing. There were dolphins out everytime we were on the balcony. Sunrise is stunning. It was stocked with everything we needed, very comfortable and so quiet! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Nice hot water and water pressure. The electric fireplace was cozy since there was a cold front. Bath towels were rough and should be replaced. No kitchen wash rag. Sponge under sink was old and smelled. Couldn’t find a spatula. An envelope was provided for the housekeeper tip yet there was a good dust layer on the TV stand and a bathtub ring. But the rest was otherwise clean.
