About this cabin rental
Join us in our newly built luxury 5 King br suite/5.5 bath all-wood cabin (over 4000 sq.ft indoor living and 1500 sq.ft outdoor deck)! 6+ parking spaces. This newly decorated cabin has every amenity. Enjoy the game room, poker, arcade, shuffleboard, theater, hot tub, and huge decks. The gourmet kitchen has 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, and lots of prep space. Just 3 minutes from the parkway, close to all attractions, restaurants, and entertainment of Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, and a short drive to the National Park!
You have the entire house to yourself.
The cabin is located close to all the ATTRACTIONS!
Fireplace are off from May 1 - 1 October
4WD vehicles are recommended from December-April
Cleanliness is of paramount importance for our guests. The cabin is professionally cleaned before and after each stay and the handyman is on call 24/7 should any issue arise.
Hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled after every guest stay
Wifi, TV Cable is included
In-unit washer/dryer are complementary
Hand soap and toilet paper are provided. Please bring your own toiletries
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots/pans but please bring your own food, condiments, cooking oils, plastic wrap, ziplock bags etc.
Coffee maker is provided but bring your own coffee
The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
The cabin is equipped with an Exterior Security Camera for Guest Safety and cabin security.
Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged additional $500 and you will be asked to leave.
Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages.
Note: With our latest internet enhancement, you can now indulge in limitless internet access at a blazingly fast speed of up to 250 Mbps.We have Dish TV with hundreds of channels too!
Please note our cleaning fee is for general cleaning, trash removal and laundry. If add the items i have above, we may charge an additional cleaning fee depending on severity

We have an extra guest fee after the 10th person for $30 per guest per night

When unlocking the deadbolt: Pull the door towards you for the deadbolt to unlatch.
We provide a starter pack of basic necessities, such as toilet paper, trash bags, soap/shampoo, and paper towels.
Our cleaners also usually leave (if applicable) dishwasher tablets/dish soap, coffee, oil/salt/pepper, etc.
We do our best to provide the basics, but please consider that it is really meant for getting you started in for shorter stays. If you need a little extra of any of these items, let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist you!
You have a Charcoal type grill at this property, if you intend on using it, you will need to provide your charcoal.
Please use the bear-proof containers on the outside of the cabin. Please do not leave food and trash on the decks and porches or in your vehicles. Bears are active and we are in their habitat.
Bear protection:
1) Do not feed or interact with bears if you see them. Never get in between a mama bear and her cub.
2) Never run away from bears, they would think you are prey. Stay 50 yards away.
3) If needed, make loud noises and move slowly
4) Do not put trash outside unless it's in the bear-proof containers- it will attract bears!
5) Take pictures since they are so cute! But DO NOT approach. Lock car doors and cabin doors as bears have been known to get into them!
6) Remove all food and trash from your vehicles! Bears can smell it and can damage your vehicle trying to get to the food!
7) Keep your car doors locked at all times. Bears are getting wiser and they can open car doors.
A friendly reminder:
- This cabin is on well and septic. Please do not leave water running as it may burn out the well pump, and be cautious not to flush anything other than toilet paper as it may clog the septic.
- Our water filter is designed to handle a maximum of 700 gallons per day. Let's conserve water by turning off all water fixtures when not in use or when leaving for the day.

We love this location, it is so centrally located. The cabin is well appointed and furnished. Written instructions for the TV system would have been helpful but we loved the layout.

This very well equipped luxury cabin easily accommodated our family of thirteen people. It is spacious with all of the conveniences of home. Then add on the hot tub, game room, theater room, and card table w/games. We especially loved the large kitchen with two large refrigerators, two dishwashers and a lot of countertop space. The large dining table worked out great for our family meals together, as well as our evening card games. The large and cozy living room had plenty of chairs and couches, large screen TV and beautiful fireplace. Every bedroom had their own access to one of the three balconies. Everyone of our 13 family members commented on what a wonderful place we decided on to spend a week together, honoring our parents and grandparents for their 60th wedding anniversary.
Our week flew by quickly as we stayed busy enjoying the many activities in the Smokies. We did a 3 hour Jeep Tour, the Titanic, The Island, Hatfield & McCoy dinner show, went hiking, Tuckaleechee Caverns, Cades Cove, Clingman's Dome, Putt-Putt, Bowling at the Pigeon Forge Community Center, The Old Mill (The Old Mill Creamery has the best ice cream). We went there three times. LOL!
This week our family shared many memories from the past, while making new ones at the same time. Our parents were so thankful for all the planning and sacrifices that were made by each of us, as we all traveled from different parts of the US. We are thankful and blessed that we could embrace this wonderful time together.

The cabin was beautiful. We were in awe as soon as we walked through the door. Communication was outstanding! Definitely looking to booking again in the very near future.

The cabin was just as pictured online. It was very clean and in a great location. This cabin was breathtakingly gorgeous. This cabin is very spacious and had all the amenities needed. The entire booking process was very easy. Any concerns were addressed with promptness.
