Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire home, the wellness deck, home gym, theater room, game loft, outdoor firepit, and all amenities.

There are two locked owner’s closets that are not accessible to guests.

• Just 20 minutes to Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Anakeesta, and the Smoky Mountain National Park entrance.
• Only 15 minutes to The Island and The Ripken Experience.
• Located in Sevierville—but positioned perfectly between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for easy access to both.
• Plenty of parking and easy mountain roads.

**Please be aware that while Foxhaven Ridge is not secluded it is in a wooded area with wildlife. This does include bears and other woodland creatures. Please lock all car doors and place trash in the bear proof trash receptacles.
