Hilltop Hideaway was a pleasant stay. Very convenient and close to downtown. There was an odor from animals but overall the property was clean.

Hilltop Hideaway is in a great location. Easy walking distance to everything in West Jefferson, but still seemed private when you were in the home. The house was clean and well furnished and the hot tub was a nice addition. Owners have gone above and beyond providing many extras that we haven't seen in all vacation rentals such as drinks, snacks, and coffee. Very happy with Hilltop Hideaway and would consider staying there again.

This was an excellent stay, just far enough to have privacy from the town but also within walking distance of a very friendly small town. Excellent property & location!

The location was perfect. We could walk to downtown West Jefferson which was nice. The cabin was small, which was okay, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The hot tub was dirty and had murky water. There was a lot of debris on the deck, and a lot of dirt in the cabin as well. The property manager was ver responsive when we called about the hot tub and sent someone out right away. The cabin could use a deep cleaning on the inside.
