About this cottage rental
Greystone Cottage is newly renovated, dog-friendly, and a 5 min walk to restaurants, shopping, and countless special events that take place in the historic Town of West Jefferson (car shows, Christmas in July, parades, etc.). The cottage has a mountain view, large gated porch (perfect for keeping your dogs contained on the porch as needed), private hot tub (which is cleaned and balanced after each guest), gas grill, and fire pit with Edison lights and up lighting illuminating the outdoor area at night. The cottage is equipped with keyless entry, fiber optic high speed internet, smart TVs, washer and dryer, mini-split A/C and heat, and a fully functional kitchen. The kitchen has a stainless steel fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher and the cabinets are stocked with utensils, pans, dishes, cups, etc. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker; however, there are ice trays in the freezer and a Brita filtered pitcher in the fridge. There is a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen, an electronic kettle, and coffee pods and creamers are provided for each guest along with other essentials like laundry, dishwashing pods, bath and hot tub towels. As an added treat, we provide some graham crackers, Hershey bars, and marshmallows for fun by the fire pit. The two bedrooms have brand new Sealy memory foam mattresses (Queen).
You can pretty much walk to anything you want to do downtown, but you are also only a few min. drive to Christmas tree lots, Old Barn Winery and Vineyards, hiking at Mt. Jefferson, Mountain Aire golf course, rafting on the new river, and countless restaurants and other experiences.
Dogs: As mentioned in the listing, we allow guests to bring two, small dogs, if they desire for an extra fee. The dogs cannot be vicious, destructive, or non-housebroken. Please reach out to the host for any questions.
The cleaning fee for each stay is $110. This is what my cleaning crew charges me to turnover the cottage and balance the hot tub. I do not make any money off the cleaning charge.
The only other house around this cottage is a one bedroom, next door, but it is not owned by this host.

Cute, comfortable and convenient! Our stay was very relaxing. Since we have a 9 pound Yorkie we had to have pet friendly, and Greystone Cottage was very accommodating! We will be back!
