About this house rental
Welcome to Cliffside - Updated two bedroom, one bath duplex with vaulted beamed wood ceilings only available for monthly rentals, unless there is a gap between rentals. Enjoy the view out of the many windows high above the street below. You can't beat being just a .44 miles from Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park, and approx 2 miles from downtown Austin. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens up to the living room and dining area with a bar and 2 stools. There is an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher as well as coffee maker, grinder, blender, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and flatware for 8. The master has a king bed with a Tempurpedic mattress and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a double vanity. There is a partially covered large front deck with a gas grill, table and chairs and a retractable gate, a porch swing hanging in the oak tree on the side of the building, and off-street parking for two cars. There are 2 TV's with WiFi and Roku's for Netflix and digital antennas for local TV channels. There is also a front loading washer and dryer in the laundry closet.
This property is pet friendly with a fee of $50 for short stays and $100 for monthly stays.
