Excellent value for money. Safe and within walking distance of centre.

We loved that there was a clean pool as we had spent the day traveling and relaxing next to the pool was refreshing. The hotel was located within walking distance from the town and it was easy to access the minibus for the Grutas Tolantongo. The room was comfortable and clean and as described. It had everything that we needed and as we traveled in September, we appreciated the extra blanket that was offered to us without asking. The shower was hot with good water pressure. We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and it was excellent value for money. We would choose to stay here again if we find ourselves in Ixmiquilpan. Thank you.

La ubicación y que cumplieron con las peticiones que hice

Encontramos una cucaracha detrás del sillón y la matamos, luego salimos y al regresar a pesar que se hizo la limpieza la cucaracha seguía ahí atrás del sillón. Decidimos ese hotel por la alberca y estaba absolutamente asquerosa y el agua verde verde verde. El personal amable pero no voy a regresar por las condiciones tan sucias

Nefasto todas las instalaciones viejas y sucias

No hubo desayuno y la ubicación es horrible está muy difícil de encontrar y está cerca de la central de abastos por lo tanto mucho tráfico ruido nada que ver con las fotos alberca con agua verde de lo sucia muy caro para lo que ofrecen NEFASTO

No me gustó nada por qué todo muy sucio habitación olía a kk todo muy sucio con arañas en el techo es un fraude ya que nada que ver con lo que anuncian no ocupe la habitación y no me han devuelto mi dinero de la reservación no sé merece ni una estrella NEFASTO total desilusión

Nada me gustó, las fotos que se ven en la aplicación de Booking no son reales

El hotel está muy sucio, desde la entrada, las instalaciones son deplorables, todo está sucio, el baño es un asco, el agua fría no sirve el calentador, el agua de la alberca se ve sucia hasta tiene un color verde razón por la cual no usamos la alberca, es una estafa hospedarse en ese hotel. El control remoto de la tv no sirve, el personal no da solución a nada. Las instalaciones pésimas, viejas y super sucias. En fin todo mal. No recomiendo este hotel no se dejen engañar.

Que las albercas no son como mencionan (sucias y el agua muy fría). Las instalaciones en las fotos se ven muy bien pero físicamente son otra cosa.
