Albergue O Durmiñento

La ubicación del albergue es excepcional si haces el Camino de Santiago, ya que está en él, coge de paso. Al haber reservado para cuatro personas, nos dieron una habitación cuádruple, por lo que genial en ese sentido también, al igual que la terraza con vistas a la Iglesia... ¡inmejorables!

En comparación con otros albergues en los que me he alojado, he echado muy en falta que hubiese tantísima restricción en cuanto a servicio para poder comer, como cubiertos, platos, vasos y demás, pues el acceso a la cocina estaba restringido. Además, la nevera era de las pequeñas, del estilo de las que hay en las habitaciones de algunos hoteles, resultando insuficiente para conservar determinados alimentos, como yogures, pues se llenaba enseguida. Si mejorase este aspecto, le daría mayor puntuación sin duda alguna, pero me resultó frustrante este aspecto que valoro tanto.

The location is great, right along the Camino so it's easy to start the journey. The private room we were in was comfortable. We were a family of 5 with 3 children and everyone slept well in their bunk. Rooms and shared bathroom were clean. Overall, a nice stay.

While the beds were comfy, I did find it a little noisy. You can hear other guests come into/out of their rooms, as the doors shutting/opening was loud. Our room also faced the street so you could hear other pilgrims walking. If you're a light sleeper you might find this particular room or location to be somewhat noisy. But in terms of price/quality it's great.

The room was spacious, and although it was a dormitory, there were chairs and a table there. There were good facilities to handwash your clothes and a beautiful terrace with a great view on the rooftops.

The terrace door does not open from the outside, and someone happened to lock it from the inside while I was sitting there. The terrace is isolated, It was such an unpleasant experience not to know if anyone could hear me and would come to open the door, that a lock should be installed that works from the outside and from the inside
