We stayed here five nights and will definitely be returning. Entrance is private and well light. Free street parking. Yes, it’s as nice as the online photos! The bed is very comfortable with extra pillows, the bathroom has a large bathtub that my husband loved. Kitchen has all the amenities and there is even a dining area. Couch is clean and comfortable. Property manager/owner was easy to reach. This is an ideal location if you are visiting the Tempe area.

I loved the colors and the neatly put together decoration. I was missing more daylight and Daniel opened up the kitchen window for me. The place was very clean at my arrival and I was welcomed very warmly. I felt very save during my 6-week stay and enjoyed the well equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay at the casita again.

The studio was small, but had everything I needed. I planned to be out and about for most of my trip, so I didn't expect to need amenities like a pool or hot tub (which it does not have). The host was easy to connect with when I had questions and the access to the place is tucked away so you feel like you have plenty of privacy.
A great experience and nicely located for all the places in the greater Phoenix area I planned to go.

Impressed with host communication. The place was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable bed and ability to make breakfast. It was quiet and cozy. Would stay there again.
