We stayed for a week & our friends joined us for 5 days. The house is spacious & has a great view of the canal in the backyard. It was very clean. Kitchen has everything you need. The sheets are really soft. The garage had the washer & dryer plus a ping pong table & a pool table. It was a close drive to Sanibel Island, Pine Island & Ft. Meyers. There are a lot of good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

This property was very clean and spacious and in a very nice quiet neighborhood.

Property was as described. We had many problems, some were just fate, no ones fault but still had to be dealt with.
- varmints in the attic (rats) They sent out someone to deal with it.
-no dishtowels, said they would bring some. We bought 2, they never brought any.
-2 light bulbs out in the master bath. You'd expect the cleaning service to report that. We reported and they brought the special bulbs needed.
-guest shower door was broke/missing. Again, did the cleaning crew report? We reported to maintenance and the manager. No repair while we were there.
-Porta Potty in the canal next to us. Manager said they didn't know. She said she called the city, nothing happened. After a week, we called the PHD and it was removed within 3 days of notification.
-Washing machine broke, we reported several times. Was never notified if or when someone was going to do something about it. We had to pay to go to the laundry twice - not happy about that since we're paying $15 per day for electricity for TWO people. Now we had to pay to get clean clothes.
They did bring us hangers and a floor mop when asked. The unit has very little storage for clothes. I used the ironing board for a clothes shelf ~ We were staying 6 weeks and I did not want to live out of suitcase on the floor.
-guest tub/shower needs a grab bar and non-slip stickers. That's probably how the door broke, someone slipped
The mattresses were excellent! They had Purple Mattresses and we were very comfortable.
