This top floor unit features 17' ceilings in the living room and 10' sliding doors opening up to the vibrant views of the town and dynamic lives on the market below. A spacious 1,215 square foot floor plan, this unit sleeps four guests on sumptuous king and queen beds with Italian linens at the top of the line. With sleek, high-end decor, Italian leather furniture, designer light fixtures and vintage architectural works and artwork, the luxury remains throughout.
Ponce City Market offers the perfect juxtaposition of modern living and history. The 80-year-old building was a southeast hub for Sears Roebuck & Co.; every flat includes original features such as the brick walls and concrete block that offer textural character. Freshly sealed-and-stained concrete floors show the patina of age and it is adjacent to the Belt Line, which serves as a pedestrian gateway to much more the city has to offer.
The entire building has preserved, handsome architectural details with sturdy fixtures and finishes that complement the existing structures. Details include Tribeca wood used for cabinetry, under-counter sinks, glass enclosed showers and strategically placed transoms to allow light flow.

Everything was amazing except the trouble we had connecting WiFi and streaming services via tv. There was no iron either. It was challenging as we were there for business, to have wrinkled clothes. The dryer helped here however. I didn’t receive a response about the iron or WiFi at all though this was an issue for us on the stay and we were there for an entire week. I wish the communication was a bit better there.

We loved the two bedroom for our party of three. Great views and vibes. Easy access to all that PCM has to offer and parking was secure.
Communication with Atlanta Luxury Rental was seamless and they were extremely responsive. We would absolutely stay at this unit again.
