After considering everything:I wouldn't recommend this property to my friends or family. It's old and dated. Limited amenities and lots of rules to follow/obey. The communication with the host was strained. They live nearby and make sure you know it. Specifically mentioned they are in law enforcement. The location is flawless if you want to experience East Atlanta, L5P, Decatur, etc. Unfortunately, that is the only positive.
