    I had a very stressful experience here. After an accident in the bathroom, I was asked to pay for damage, but the staff did not want to explain the amount clearly or provide proper written documentation before payment. Even after I paid, they refused to issue a proper receipt for insurance purposes. I would advise future guests to be careful and make sure all policies are clearly documented. Because the staff behavior during a real problem was bad enough to seriously affect the stay. - room: decent - facility: okay - staff conflict resolution: poor - documentation/payment handling: poor. Also the hotel doesn't provide any mat or a towel inside the bathroom so I propose you to be careful with the slicky floor.

    If the WiFi can be sorted out this could be excellent hotel for the price. However, constantly getting the signal dropped and no connection for as much as 3 hours was extremely frustrating.
