Property very well located and all necessary amenities with in walking - the coffee shop on the corner of the build made excellent coffee

Building itself is quiet and soundproofing very good. There is street noise, like garbage trucks and early morning street cleaner, and revellers. There is no air conditioning so it is hot on hot days. Isabelle is an attentive and responsive host. You can see the city easily by foot from this apartment- my favourite part and- close to great bakeries and cafes!

In a new quarter with cool bars ( one directly under our windows) but worth the price- homeless and garbage in front of door
