The benefits are endless and it all starts with its tremendous location, across the street from the neighborhood’s private gondola that takes you directly to the base area. You are only 3 miles from downtown and can easily get there or other locations within Steamboat with our shuttle service (winter only).
First Tracks also boasts access to the best amenities in town, across the street at Trailhead Lodge. The pool area is unrivaled offering a large, heated pool and 3 rocky mountain style hot tubs, all with gorgeous mountain views. You’ll also have access to a state of the art fitness center, game room (with a pool table and foosball table) and a beautiful community grilling area with 2 large gas grills and a fire pit.
First Tracks 3106 is perfect for families, two to three couples or a boy or girls trip. The two bedroom, two bathroom condo offers everything you need, including a stocked full kitchen, comfortable seating for lounging and dining (including a a washer and dryer in the unit and great entry area with cubbies, hooks and a bench).
Sit back and relax on the brand new comfortable seating by the large flat screen TV and electric fireplace or dine, play a game or do a puzzle at the brand new dining table and chairs.
There is a private deck off the living area with two comfortable chairs and a bistro table to enjoy the Colorado outdoors.
There is a great little nook near the entry with a small desk and chair. Combined with high speed internet access, this makes First Tracks 4306 perfect for your remote working needs.
The master en suite has a king bed, it’s own flat screen TV and plenty of drawer and closet storage, as well as its own private bathroom with a tub shower combo.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, it’s own flat screen TV and plenty of drawer and closet storage.
There is a second full bathroom in the hallway with a tub shower combo, as well as the remote work station, more storage and the washer/dryer.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

We had such a great time at this condo in Stramboat, it had everything we needed and more. It’s a great easy location and the on-call shuttle was a plus!

Comfortable, clean quick walk to gondola & hot tubs. Well appointed kitchen. We had a blast on our 5 day Steamboat ski trip!

Expensive for what is is - The place is dark and a good walk with skis/poles to finally get to the slopes - you have to walk 200 meters, get on a gondola, then walk another 200 meters to get to the chairlift or gondola to ski. Also the amenities are also a walk - who wants to warm up in a jacuzzi only to have to walk 150 to 200 meters back to your place in the cold. Also they don't clear snow in the parking lot so are car got stuck.On the up side, the place is relatively spacious for a family of 3 - and our bed was very comfortable in the master. I would not stay there again as the place was old and tired.
