Located in the university District this is a unique apartment close to all transport, trans buses, and Uber. Grocery store, coffee shop Within walking distance. Fabulous Bonetti Café with spectacular array of savoury and sweets. The area is quiet and secure,definitely immersive in to Melbourne Neighbourhood.

The location is excellent and the apartment was very comfortable. Everything I needed was there. Only one small quibble - the wobbly kitchen tap needs fixing.
