We had an amazing time in Grand Lake at this property. The house was large and spacious but not in an overwhelming way. The master bed was comfortable. It was well furnished. Having access to the garage was fantastic for unloading and loading the car. The view of the mountains from the hot tub was great. We were so relaxed the whole time we were there. We were pleased to find the small patio table and chairs were on the deck. The only negative thing I can say is that our time was too short. Thank you for sharing your home with us. If we have the opportunity, we would book your place again.

We loved this home and had a great trip! The hot tub, grill and washer/dryer were all well used. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic. The house clean and well kept and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, located between town and the Park entrance. We enjoyed watching deer and chipmunks in the yard each day. Highly recommend staying here!

Pros: Hot tub was clean and worked properly, beds were comfortable Cons: Pictures online were somewhat deceiving as they showed the black table on the deck with 2 chairs which were not there which we hoped to be able to drink coffee at. They showed a fire pit which was no longer there (my kids were disappointed as we had planned to make smores) multiple plastic outdoor chairs were broken and the grill.wouldn't start without using a lighter (the manager knew about both), multiple cooking utensils were broken (pans missing handles and can opener broken) and over-all the place needs a deep clean! Outside of shower door had orange mold in master, mirrors and fridge had smears, trash was on floor downstairs including slim jim wrappers under one of the beds and crumbs on basement couch. The thing that really stood out to me was the dust-the dream catcher next to my head on the bed was full of dust as was shelving, pictures and decorations. There were also spider webs hanging from the ceiling in the living room. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes, so we hand washed many. For the price you charge I would've expected more as we frequently patronize vrbo and have had much better experiences.
