About this house rental
This is a newly constructed 3 bedroom private home. Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. There is also a half bath and outdoor shower poolside. There are 3 comfortable outdoor sitting areas to relax in. Get some sun or sit under the shade of a palapa, perhaps play a game of cards under the umbrella. The pool is large and very inviting. Enjoy the many bird species that frequent our yard and enjoy the many plants and flowers onsite. You can feel safe knowing that this is a gated community with 24hr security. Our home and community is pet friendly.

It is a bit of a walk down to the beach and market but totally doable. Took us about 20 minutes each way. The house if fantastic lots of plants and flowers in the yard. It is perfect for a group with three couples as each room is totally separate and have their own bathrooms. The only downfall for us was the pool as it was always in the shade and therefore a little on the cold side. I would definitely go back again

This was one of the nicest casas I've stayed at in the area. Beautiful heated pool, patio surrounded by beautiful plants, comfortable beds and bedrooms, very quiet neighbourhood, well equpped kitchen... pretty perfect. It took us 25 minutes to walk to the beach, but we rented scooters for the week and it was so easy to get around. Highly recommend.
