First trip to OBX and couldn't have had a better place. Pool and hot tub were fabulous. Location could not have any better. Already talking about staying again. My only gripe is the uncomfortable living room furniture.

We were all very pleased with the rental. FYI - One of the deck railings was not attached to the post.The home was very accommodating and had all we needed, except for a broom :). Thank you for sharing your home with us. We would love to come back again next year.

It was a beautiful home with great views!! It accommodated the 7 of us perfectly! Although it was too cool for the pool, it was perfect for sitting outside and on the beach! The host was always helpful with answering questions and providing guidance. Thank you for a fantastic spring break week!

The location of the property was the 1 thing that was excellent about our stay. My wife and I and our 2 sons and families all traveled 10-12 hours to get to Corolla. It’s always hard to arrive exactly at 4:00 PM due to traffic and you want to be able to access the property as soon as possible to start enjoying vacation. We arrived at the property about 45 minutes early and noticed no crew was there. I immediately contacted the Property Manager to see if we could access the house early. I was told definitely “No” and that the crew was still there. We sat in our vehicle until 4:00, nobody came or left the house and nobody was inside as we were told. I have rented numerous beachfront properties and have always been given early access if the cleaning crew was done. I felt the Property Manager could have been more accommodating.
Once inside the home we noticed that it wasn’t as clean as I had expected with the living room/ kitchen area needing better sweeping/ vacuuming. We also found several dirty dishes in the cupboard and silverware drawer which we had to re-wash prior to use. The screen door on the master suite was torn so you really could not have the primary door open and listen to the ocean.
