Property had jammed front door which was near impossible to use. Other external door into backyard needed two of us to lock/ secure it. Cleanliness was not great with shelves with layer of dust and dead bugs. Rooms had dust threads /webs hanging from ceiling. Bedsides had stains .
Overall, great location and good size. Cleanliness and maintenance could be improved and will present the property better.

Location and view is great, but this about all that is good. Limited utensils etc in the property and many screens, but no basic free to air tv. The agent was not great when we tried to resolve this.
