About this house rental
Our home is a modern four bedroom home in the perfect position within walking distance to Freshwater Beach (10 min walk), Curl Curl Beach (5 min walk) and Freshwater Village (8 min walk). You will enjoy staying in our newly renovated home which has a large open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge room and a a fantastic entertaining deck with an integrated pool. You will love walking home from the beach, having a warm outdoor shower and watching the sun set with a drink in your hand.
The space
The main bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed , the third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a king single with a king single pop up bed.
The kitchen is a large eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar and bifold windows that open with a servery onto the back deck. The back deck table can seat 6-8 adults comfortably.
There is a large backyard with a pool that integrates into the deck. Also on the deck is a sunken lounge area with fireplace. The deck has a drop down blind which is great to help shield the sun in the afternoon but you can still see through and watch the kids in the pool.
We have a firepit that you can sit around and toast marshmallows after swimming at the Beach.
There is a warm outdoor shower on the side of the house, perfect to rinse off after spending the day at the beach.

We booked this beautiful home to host our adult children, their partners and grandson for Christmas and New Year. It was perfect for our group of 3 couples and an infant. The location was quiet (apart from the wonderful sounds of the native birds) and the neighbors were friendly. We loved being able to walk to both Freshwater and Curl Curl beaches and also to the wonderful Harbord Diggers and shops. The aircon made our stay very comfy, the pool was lovely and clean and the entertaining areas were perfect. The hosts were absolutely wonderful people. They popped in to help with a pool question we had and we also caught up with them at the beach. They were so great to work with and we'd happily stay in this home again.

This was a wonderful spacious home for our family of 6, with all the comforts and proximity to our favourite beaches, walking paths and shops. Communication from our hosts was lovely and we appreciated the wine on arrival. Definitely stay here again!
