Casa Peixinho Vermelho. A modern, single-story 4-bedroom home—brand-new, well-lit, and airy—fully equipped and decorated with beautiful, comfortable furniture.

The gourmet patio features a TV, barbecue grill, stove, sofa, tables, chairs, a serving hatch from the kitchen, and a bar-style counter facing the pool.

The house is located in the Parque de Jacuípe Condominium, just past the entrance to Barra do Jacuípe Beach.

The gated community is excellent, surrounded by greenery, with access to the beach, a clubhouse, a restaurant, soccer and volleyball fields, a game room, playgrounds for children, plazas, and 24-hour security.
It is located approximately 700 meters from Barra do Jacuípe Beach.

The pool, with a wet deck and internal lighting, is spacious and beautiful. On the deck, lounge chairs, large umbrellas, and tables and chairs invite you to relax and enjoy pleasant moments with your family, savoring a delicious barbecue or a pot of beans cooked on the stove—both available on the adjacent gourmet patio— not to mention the refrigerator that keeps cold drinks within easy reach.

The garden features beautiful flowers and a large lawn, complete with a rustic wooden table.

The open-concept kitchen is picture-perfect, with an island and beautiful decor. Everything is brand new. From there, you can see the dining room and the TV room, all part of the same spacious open layout. We have a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and water filter. In addition, the kitchen is well-equipped with pots, serving dishes, plates, glasses, silverware, a blender, a sandwich maker—in short, everything you might need.

We have 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites. The third bedroom has a bathroom right next to it. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

WE REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF R$1,000 for stays of up to 10 nights.
If the reservation is for 11 nights or more, the security deposit is R$2,000.
You have the option to pay the security deposit via Pix upon arrival or through this website.
In the latter case, the security deposit will be added as “property fees.”
The security deposit serves as a guarantee for the owner in case of any damage.
Generally, it is not used, except to cover water and electricity usage.
We deduct water and electricity usage from the security deposit, and the remainder is refunded.
If there is any damage to the house, that amount is also deducted from the security deposit.

If the security deposit is paid through the website, it will be refunded after the payment is processed from the website to our account. The refund may take a little while. For this reason, I’m also offering you the option to pay via Pix, outside of this website.
If the security deposit is paid via Pix, the refund will be issued via Pix within 24 hours after checkout.
