About this house rental
200m² house with 2 pavements. It is located between Salvador and Praia do Forte at the comdominium Parque de Jacuipe. There,you can find the natural meeting between the river and the sea. Also beatiful landscapes are all around the place. It has pathways asphalt and signals and lights on the streets, impossible to get lost, since everything is kind of close. From the house, you can get to the beach within 5 minutes walking, it also stays about 50m from the little food/drink store. The house has a dinner room with a large table for 10 people; TV room; an area for cleaning and hanging clothes; it has hooks for 8 'redes' (I don´t know how you call that in english,but is that thing you use to picture an indian lied on, between two trees),those hooks are in the terraces and bedrooms. The bathrooms have warm water and granite. In the house there's also a little soccer/football/voleyball field, and in the condominium there are children parks, large soccer fields and tenis field.

Ja aluguei esta casa 3 vezes. Minha família amou. Alem de tudo que envolve a area de laser,cozinha ampla e utensilios bons, e estrutura geral nos quartos e banheiros é excelente, os donos são muito flexíveis. A casa fica a uma quadra da praia e do rio jacuipe, o banho de mar é bom pela manha , mas à tarde a maré é muito forte, dependendo do dia fica perigoso. Bom para pescar à noite. Condominio tem ronda 24h muito seguro.

Casa boa. Comodos grandes. Condominio tranquilo, bom para uma caminhada. Mercadinho dentro dele, super pratico. Fomos em tres familias de Feira e todos se acomodaram satisfatoriamente. Piscina e campinho bom pra criancas. Proprietario muito atencioso. Super recomendo!!!

Fomos de Goiânia sem visitar a casa e nos surpreendemos positivamente. A casa é confortável e muito boa para idosos pois tem quarto e sanitario muito bons no térreo. O proprietário muito educado e atencioso.

A casa e o condomínio me supreenderam. O S quartos são bastantes amplos e com solit,, a área de lazer da casa também é muito boa (piscina, churrasqueira e campinho de futebol.
