About this house rental
This lovely, single level holiday home is nestled in the fully fenced yard with plenty of off street parking.
Inside it is well equipped with everything you will need for a great holiday.
The lounge kitchen and dining is open plan with a flat screen tv and dvd, comfortable sofas and electric wall heating. There is a central dining table with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully self contained with plenty of crockery, pots and pans, salad bowls etc. There is electric cooking and a microwave.
There are the 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom as well as a separate laundry with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
A great feature of this property are the 2 decks one at the front and one at the back of the house, The front deck is perfect for alfresco breakfasts and the back deck has the gas bbq and outdoor setting. The yard is a good size with a large grassy area, the large double garage is available for guest use and pets are considered, but must be kept outside (conditions apply).

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
