About this house rental
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 storey modern home has everything required for the perfect location that it finds itself in, it also exudes design excellence and class the entire way through this lovely home.
Comprising of 2 bedrooms downstairs, living zone, and laundry, also access to the lovely rear yard. When you step upstairs you will continue to admire the quality hardwood flooring, open plan kitchen with dishwasher / dining / living area and the master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite. You will enjoy an earthy and cosy feel throughout those cold winters days with the reverse cycle air conditioner/heater and stunning ocean outlooks from the large back deck, whilst relaxing with BBQs and drinks.
Bedroom 2 also consists of a queen bed with bedroom 3 having one set of bunk beds, a single bed as well as a single trundle bed.
The second balcony is positioned to allow you to sit and take in the gorgeous landscaped garden at the front of the home. All only a few hundred meters walk from one of the best beaches on the island.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

Lovely house , very beach feel and more spacious than photos make out. Could only fault the guttering at the front of the house, a rainy night meant constant dripping and no sleep.Suggest checking with owner that this is repaired before you stay ( if you value sleep)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and has an amazing view. Very comfortable with great heating and lovely beds. Highly recommend.
