Beautiful property, my kids loved the ping pong table. Nice deck. Lower level was very chilly. Refrigerator not in kitchen. Not alot of kitchen equipment for cooking. Very clean. Good location for what we needed

We enjoyed Cape Cod /Chatham. The house was adequate.
Pros: large common areas. Close to shopping, beaches and town.
Cons: property managers were impossible to reach. Temperature was set at 71 and could not be changed. Poorly stocked kitchen—example -no towels. Pond was not close. Furniture in the living room and dining room is outdoor furniture.
