The living room and dining rooms are combined with lovely views through the rear French doors to the rear private porch which is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beverage.
One bedroom features a queen bed, while the other bedroom has twin beds that can also be converted to a king at your request. There is a beautiful full bathroom which is convenient to both bedrooms and right across from the laundry center.
This terrific property also offers an assigned off street parking space, central ac and all towels and linens, including beach towels.

This is a beautiful condo to stay in. The furnishings were very nice, and the amenities were just what we needed. The location was ideal. There was lots of privacy with the trees in the backyard. We really enjoyed sitting on the outside deck. We were right next to the park, and could even hear music from the concerts. We have two complaints with the unit: the bed in the master bedroom was very soft, and gave us both back aches. It’s a great condo if you want a soft bed. We would definitely give it five stars overall if it had a harder mattress.
