Welcome to your Jacksonville Beach retreat that is “On the Beach” and features your own shared private beachfront patio. You will not find any other beachfront property in Jacksonville Beach, that has this kind of outdoor space. Privacy from the sand dunes makes this beachfront patio the perfect setting for a nice bottle of wine at night or coffee in the mornings as you hear the waves crash.
Recently renovated, gorgeous 2 Bedroom Beach townhome with a full view of the ocean as you wake up in your 2nd level bedrooms. Plenty of space, contemporary colors, white kitchen cabinets with cambria quartz counter tops, stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, high speed internet and cable with 55” TVs in each bedroom and living room, high end Serta perfect sleeper pillowtop mattresses, imported bed linen, towels, and goose down comforters. This Beach Townhome has it all!
1st Floor - Features two sliding glass doors that open to a huge private patio with stone flooring facing the beach, a large open concept kitchen with a quartz countertop island that is meant for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with a keurig, toaster, blender, cookware and so much more. The oversized designer sofa in the living room converts to a Queen sized sleeper with a memory gel mattress that is the most comfortable sleeper-sofa you've ever tried. There is a 6 piece seating, wicker patio furniture set, with Sunbrella cushions that can resist all types of weather conditions. An 11ft umbrella and a stainless steel Weber BBQ Grill.
The city has built sand dunes to protect the shore line. A full beach view is clear from the 2nd floor but the patio is more private with the build of the sand dunes.

This unit is provided with two parking spaces in a private parking lot, right outside of your door.
Please note the washer/dryers are not in-unit but on the property in shared laundry room.
We own the whole 6 unit building that features the same quality and services featured here, contact us for larger groups, family reunions, or multifamily bookings.
Age Restriction: You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this property. Driver's License may be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet the minimum age requirement upon check-in will result in an eviction and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Important: The pet cost will be collected after booking is processed
Pet Friendly Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 4 dogs. There is a fee of $150 per dog. Dogs must be well trained and less than 100 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.
Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags, soap and shower accommodations (Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion) . If you run out, you will need to replenish these products. Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need.
No Smoking: No smoking is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fee.
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The short walk to the beach was exactly what we wanted. They had a closet with extra beach accessories (sand toys, tent, etc). The facility had a washer and dryer on site that was of no extra charge!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was very well kept and clean. We met the cleaning lady and spoke with her on several occasions. She went out of her way to get us dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher since ours had accidentally been stocked with laundry pods. The only small issues we had were parking (every time we would move one of our cars, the spot would get taken by beach goers who weren't staying on the property) and the sliding glass doors being extremely difficult to open. But we were able to somewhat fix that issue with a butter knife (to scrape the years of built up sand in the track) a vacuum and some WD40. We completely understand that the parking isn't the property owners fault. And we have both lived at the beach previously, so we know all about sand and how it gets into everything. It's expected at the beach. Overall, this was a super easy and relaxing stay in a very clean and well kept property. We would definitely be interested in returning in the future.

The property manager was very nice, coming to fix a problem right away. The inside of the rental was very clean but the patio had not been cleaned and was full of sand and debris. Bags of topsoil weighted down the patio umbrella and there were additional bags at the side of the building along with other debris and a deflated pool float. The outdoor cushions were molded and had to be removed before using the furniture. Unfortunately, what looks like a view of the beach from the patio, is not. There is a large sand dune that prevents any view of the beach/ocean from the lower level. There is, however, a view from the bedrooms upstairs. The inside of the property was very clean. The property manager even ordered new patio curtains to replace soiled and damaged ones. If you like to cook, there are enough pans but no serving bowls. All in all, the property was okay, but I would not have paid as much as was asked for it and won’t rent it again.
