Charming split level home with many updates including a new wood stove and beautiful kitchen. The home offers a rustic yet modern feel with the updated kitchen and bathrooms. Located on the west side of Sunriver within 5 minutes of the river and miles of single track mountain bike trails, but easy access to the village, SHARC, and grocery stores.

The wrap around deck provides sunlight from every angle. The upstairs level has an open floor plan and is a great gathering area for friends and family.

We enjoyed this cabin. Spacious bedrooms, comfortable sofas and beds. Excellent communication. Great location. Lovely forest. The only reasons I rated it 4 stars is due to dust, particularly on the wainscoting and the rafters and the lack of communal staples. Bring your slippers. The brick and wood floors are unforgiving.

The house was as described and overall worked well for our stay. It was a nice touch to have bikes available, but there were no helmets—not even for kids—which felt like a safety oversight. One bike had two flat tires, and since there was no pump on site, we brought it to a local bike shop just to inflate it. It turned out the tubes wouldn’t hold air and needed replacing, which we took care of ourselves. The kitchen had the basics, though the cookware was limited and some pots were dirty with burned-on food. The home has a clear full-time rental feel—functional but fairly minimal.There were plenty of fans available, which helped, but the A/C couldn’t keep up. Even with the thermostat set to 70, the house would climb above 80 by evening, and this wasn’t during a heat wave. The master bedroom was especially hot, since the door had no screen and couldn’t be left open for airflow.
